Stacy Chase In Winter - Complete Health CHW
Hi, my name is Stacy (WhiteFace) Chase In Winter. I am a Community Health Worker (CHW) for Complete Health. I am a Lakota from the Oglala Lakota Nation, and a mother to 5 daughters and 1 handsome young man. My hobbies are hanging out with my kids, taking them to the park, and venturing the hiking trails of these beautiful Black Hills. I stumbled upon this CHW role thinking I was applying to be a Nurse Aid, only to find out that it was an even greater opportunity to assist patients with their social determinants of health. After a year in the community health worker field, I have decided to take on another path in furthering my education in Nursing.
