Your support will help fund scholarships for local students pursuing healthcare careers. Join us for an evening of fun, inspiration, and giving back!
Why Sponsor?
The WRAHEC is raising funds to start a Healthcare Careers Scholarship Endowment. These scholarships will support Western SD students who are pursuing healthcare degrees.

About Us: The West River Area Health Education Center (WRAHEC)
The West River AHEC was founded in August 2019 on the Western Dakota Technical College campus located in Rapid City. The WRAHEC’s mission is to create collaborations and programs that inspire people to pursue healthcare careers and equip healthcare professionals to serve in rural and underserved communities throughout western South Dakota.
The WRAHEC serves the communities and Native nations within these western SD counties: Bennett, Butte, Custer, Fall River, Haakon, Harding, Jackson, Jones, Lawrence, Mellette, Oglala Lakota, Meade, Pennington, Perkins, Stanley, and Todd.
